This seems like a fairly nice tie clip to the clip on the back is a little bit loose and swivels side to side but not in a way that would make me think that it has been designed or manufactured poorly. Price: 23 Condition/ quality: seems like a fairly nice tie clip did not come with the box unfortunately nevertheless operates as it should and seems to be marked properly.
