Table Mountain is older than the Alps, the Andes, the Rocky Mountains and the Himalayas. She has watched over 260 million years of stories unfold on and around her challenging slopes and summits. On 10 December 2016 she will once again play the gracious hostess of Ultra-Trail Cape Town, and some of the biggest trail names out there are coming to play. Entries go live at 10am on 1 March.
