In preparation for my planned ascent of Mont Blanc in June 2013 in aid of St John's Hospice, here is a small montage of my training so far during the winter of 2012/13 which included a Winter Mountaineering Course at Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore, and of course plenty of winter walks in my beloved Lake District.
