SWITZERLAND: Säntis (2,502 m), mountain in the Alps [HD]
Mountain | reviews | videos | photos
The panorama from the summit is spectacular. Six countries can be seen if the weather allows: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, France, and Italy. Säntis is the tallest mountain in the Alpstein massif of northeastern Switzerland, situated about 30 km from Lake Constance (Bodensee). The mountain is 2,502.9 meters above sea level and a highly visible landmark thanks to its exposed northerly location within the Alpstein massif. April 27, 2012
