No head under the open sky closer than a five minutes walk down the mountain!? Can the butler be called to bring up a potty, stand by a moment and take it down the mountain to flush? If, then maybe the rate/night might be ok.

Good idea. But not very practical . Should build some glass wall and roof around ,So I don't expose my self too much and getting eaten by animals. And still enjoy the view.
