For full Everest and K2 documentaries, see my playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEq-_K2Ii0oGkxhq49Wl_gKI8fwHg-JVR. Annapurna is considered to be the world's most treacherous yet thrilling mountains to explore. Climbers who have experienced summiting other 8000 metre peaks are particularly drawn to this majestic mountain, to its unpredictable climate changes and pristine beauty captured in this exceptional film. To climb Annapurna's South Face is to test every last grain of strength, knowledge, and instinct in conditions that forgive no mistakes.

Great video! I think turning back was the best decision you could've taken, live to conquer it another day

amazing video...thank you so much

Just started and already have to comment. Not wearing shirts while on the trail, is showing a lack of respect to the local people. Please learn for future endeavors that what might feel comfortable to you may make the locals feel uncomfortable. The Nepalese are polite and would generally not say such. Generally it makes sense to not only understand mountains but also the people who live there. But you showed you understand the mountain and made the right decision. You fought "Mountain Fever and won! Need to be more films like this that the peak fever and bad decisions is Losing. When the idea turns to Peak Fever, one loses the plot and the enjoyment of the moments of life. One can be on the peak every minute without ascending one meter or foot

this entire film, is little more than an advert for rolex

Wow! An extraordinary film, both in beauty and in storytelling. Thank you!!
I am glad this climb offered such beauty and challenge to all of you. You were in perfect shape, physically, emotionally, and mentally to be successful... which is surely how you all came back alive. It is so refreshing to see such a documentary showing what it is really like to be a Himalayan climber. -
Yes!! It struck me too. A really beautiful film. The photography, wonderful. Composition .... WoW!! Subtle music. Proper relative sound levels. Editing .... WoW!! Even the black commentary screens meshed in so well. Wonderful coherence and harmony. It ALL worked. And we needed a film ... badly, where, they tried and tried and then, just went home.... alive. Thank you to everyone. And to you, Mountain Springs. And to Mountain, too.

K2 and Annapurna are dangerous
-
Been to the Annapurna's... and yeah that place is dangerous to climb; you hear avalanches every 20 min.
-
