Stumbled across your channel a few days ago when I was researching hammocks. Lovin your videos... Keep'em coming!!
-
Would you suggest getting a hammock with a bug net or get one without and spend more money on a tarp?(I'm on a tight budget)
-
Very nice, Your first day is beautiful. Great video. Thanks to share.

Very tragic recent death in the Whites. We've all had that peak bagging bug and could all be in her shoes. -
Greetings; In hiking uphill in snow, what do you use for traction? Thanks..
-
great video. Aw! if I could be 30 years younger
-
lol the Bird. Outstanding...
-
Great sight seeing, the White Mountains look beautiful, congrats!!
-
This was one of my favorite videos of yours for scenery. White Mountains looked amazing.
-
Don't eat the yellow snow at 36:37, lol

Ok man I have watched all your backpacking videos It has made me want to go hiking. I'm here in AZ any tips on me finding trails where would you start to look. I'm just beginning and would like hike now
-
I just watched this video again and realized this was the similar hike we did this summer. What a difference 3 months makes! We went Crawford Notch to the Mizphah Hut and tented at the sites there which we hated! We had to pay to put our tent on a hard wooden deck. The views from Pierce and Eisenhower were great. Thanks for all of your work on these videos...they get me through the winter!

nice - your White Mtns videos are my favs. I wonder if it would save you some time to just take 1/2 of a caffeine pill instead of doing the coffee thing.

Very cool.
What happened to the bird?
There's a hike not far from me.. kind of a butt kicker but at the top I can feed the birds a little trail mix. They'll fly down and land on my hand to eat it. Pretty cool.
And I get a cheeseburger on the way home. >_o -
LOVE the dramatic camera rise off the snow at 09:39 complete with sprinkle dust. ;).
Make me want to snowboard.
Awesome! -
hey sintax, just out of curiousity. What type of solar chargers do you use for your camera while hiking? I need one that will work for a Sony Handycam HDR-PJ200, and am having trouble finding one
-
love your videos. have you ever though of doing kilimanjaro or any of the 7 summits?
-
That's what the grey jay wanted you to believe, she lulls you in with her beauty than kicks your ass for your food. Sometimes it's the small creatures that are more of a worry than bigger foes like bears, especially in my stomping grounds the Adirondacks. Watch out for the chipmunks if you ever make your way there
-
Yup, it's because of this very trip that I triple check for sunscreen while packing now. I think I do recall another bird visit little while later, but I can't remember the details on those frozen falls. I'll have to go back re-watch to jog my memory...

Great video Sintax, sorry about the sunburn, I noticed it there the morning of day 2 and cringed! After the second encounter with your birdie friend did you see him/her any more? Also, do you know of the frozen falls you saw near the beginning are up or downstream of the ones you ran into on day 2?
