I don't consider this a dupe for the Mac highlighter but you could use the nyx strobe of genius palette cruelty free ( to me if you don't think it is that your opinion what I mean is it's owned by L'Oréal but Its certified cruelty free so it is to me) and it makes your highlight POPPIN
