Blizzard's Overwatch world and maps are really rich in detail, story and quite often teasers of future content. In this video, we take a look at five maps or locations that could well show up in Overwatch in future, including some new, possibly never heard before in-game audio :) Click Expand Below for more info and timecodes/stamps for each hero! -- 00:35 - Paris 01:22 - Horizon Lunar Colony 03:00 - Australian Outback 04:26 - Brazil / Rio De Janeiro 05:37- Germany - Black Forest (?) -- Timestamps are in the video description if you wish to skip to a particular hero. Where would you love to see any new Overwatch Maps or levels set in future? Would love to hear what you think in the comments - any feedback on how I can improve this or future vids, much appreciated :) -- MAP SPECULATION THOUGHTS AND BACKGROUND 'PARIS' - shown as a threat on S76's Origin Trailer, we know Widowmaker is french, "stateless" in terms of a "home" level, but she's shown as being from the Alps. Could Paris or france be home to an Overwatch map in future? 'HORIZON LUNAR COLONY' - many references in Winston's story, the Recall Animated Short and posters in-game to this one. Winston has some funny voicelines around it, and one intriguing one I haven't heard before, shared here. Could we be going to the moon, and finding out how the plant of the gorrillas (sorry for sound) scenario is unfolding? 'AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK' - this would be a great new environment, tie in Junkrat and Roadhog with more story, and also cover an uncovered area of the world for Overwatch levels and presence, asides Watchpoint Papua New Guinea (from Watchpoint Gibraltar's spawn map). 'BRAZIL - RIO DE JANEIRO' - Lucio's from there, Symmetra's been there with Viskhar in a comic, and there are calendars seemingly showing a futuristic Rio with Sugarloaf Mountain visible. Feels legit? 'GERMANY - BLACK FOREST?' - Reinhardt's voice line points to him being home at some point (I shared back in April), if it's not a relic of Project Titan. We know he's based in Stuttgart, the capital of the "black forest" region of germany.
