Off-road on Manitoulin Island with a Ural Gear Up

Check out REX4X4s page. https://www.youtube.com/user/rex4x4 This video is a little different. Instead of a bunch of the boys stuck in a swamp, it is Riley and his wife on holidays in a Ural. Manitoulin Island is the largest freshwater island in the world. Basically a big rock. Some very interesting terrain and great people make it a very special place to visit. We head out to do a little exploring and end up finding an amazing trail that skirts the shore of lake Huron. We also get drafted into a parade!

The dealer in Saskatoon let my brother and I try out a camo Ural. I really liked it and my brother hated it. At the end of the day we both bought klr's. I still think about the ride with my brother in the side car. I think the grandkids would love that machine.

If you would like information about our winch mount bar let us know, it might come handy if you get stocked. With our mount bar you can move the winch from the front to the back of your bike super easy! You can also attach a bike rack on the back in case you want your mountain bikes with you. Hey man, how's the Ural holding up? I heard that they are super high maintenance rigs. How's she been holding up for you? What kind of use and abuse has the Ural been given vs your normal ride? Any thoughts that you'd like to share on that? As much as I like the idea if the Ural, I've read the the Ruskies have learn't they're best swearing on Russian built stuff.
