Douchebags, like in Austria in Romania is the same, you are not allowed to go dirtbiking in that area, the difference is that in Romania there's no one to enforce the law.

Random question here. If you have a license in one country, you can just use it in another? Or did you need to get license plates and such everywhere to went?
