When watch with a speed of 28800 bits an hour, it is common. I kept an old Citizen watch with 6900 movement. It won't cost much. When too much propaganda made price goes up and up.
it is up to you for spending your money for the watch.
I know Zenith watch is also an expensive one, they made watch movement for Rolex long long ago. Rolex try to get rid of it and now produce her own movement -
