1. On a more serious note, that is an interesting pen. Almost makes cartridges seem less cheap. However, if I'm paying Montblanc prices, I'd prefer a piston filler. 
2. LOL. I doubt there's anyone, American or otherwise, who'd expect to hear Boheme pronounced that way. And, even if there are such people, wouldn't it be better to let them hear the correct way to pronouce it? Montblanc Boheem--that's why people from other countries laugh at us.
