I must say I am very lucky to have been able to live and work in France as a British expatriate for over 40 years now. "Jura is one of four departments of the Franche-Comté region and is surrounded by the French departments of Doubs, Haute-Saône, Côte-d'Or, Saône-et-Loire, and Ain, as well as the Swiss canton of Vaud on the east. The Jura mountains are wooded and rolling, not craggy and rocky like the Alps. Many lakes can be found throughout the Jura - the largest natural lake being Lac de Chalain, measuring 3 km long and 1 km wide. Lac de Vouglans was formed after the building of a hydro-electric dam. It is one of the largest man-made lakes in France." - Wikipedia Please "Subscribe", "Like", and "Favorite" my Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/MyFrenglishThoughts Please Visit My Other Links and Sites: My Free Guide "Living In France": http://frenglishthoughts.com/freeoffer My Main Website: http://frenglishthoughts.com My Frenglish News Blog: http://frenglishthoughts.com/frenglishfranglaisnews/ My Book on Amazon: http://goo.gl/H4YJn Join Me on Twitter: https://twitter.com/frengthoughts Join Me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/barry.a.whittingham1 Join Me on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/barrywhitt/ Join Me on Google+: https://plus.google.com/u/0/114002506104266013274 Photo Credits: Barry A.
