I made it to Chamonix in the Alps, the weather held (Briefly) and I was able to capture a handful of beautiful images with a brand new Canon 5DS R. Hello Thomas, 2 questions, 1 did you shoot the panoramic in at the full res on the 5DSR? 2 and why do you prefer the Canon 5D MK4 as a posed to the 5D SR. The reason I was under the impression the 5D SR was specifically aimed at landscape photographers.

hii ,sir
why always shoot in long intervals -
You are such an inspirational person! I admire your attitude and dedication. This is what photography and life is about to me. Aaaaand you did the same "downstairs" mistake I did not long ago in a video. :D

An even slicker and more professional video Thomas...Keep em coming

Great channel. From this place, check out Alexandre Deschaumes.

Oh you were very close to where I live, I just see this right now! I love your work and channel. Next time give me a message, I will show you others things from my backyard :)

One question Thomas, when you are doing Panoramic do you lock the exposition? You could do a video talking about it and if not asking to much a video about filters as you use them so much. Keep the good work!

"I'm sorry about this annoying spot"
-
Nice work again Thomas. What camera do you use to shoot your videos and how do you record your sound? Thank you.
-
As an admitted "completist" when it comes to what you will lug around with you on your Landscape photo shoots, why didnt you bring the Zeiss wide angle?
-
The passion you have for the work you do is so inspiring. It really pays off, your work is stunning!
-
yes, each to their own but for me there were far more opportunities than one image
-
You are an absolute legend...
-
I recently started watching your videos and they never cease to amaze me!
I love the honesty and simplicity of your videos and I gotta tell that you inspires the shit outta me!
Way to go! 😊👍👍 -
Lol I read this in your book!

Someone has commented that you are a great story teller, well, let me tell you, they're spot on! I've learnt so much off your videos and that's because you tell it as a story, you make it really easy to follow. You're such an inspiration, every time I watch a video all I want to do is pick up my camera and set off somewhere. Keep up the exceptional work you're doing Thomas, I for one think it's brilliant...

Cheers. -
Sweet tips man, good work!

Always enjoy your videos. Thanks for including the details of the hike and time it took to get there. Videos are always inspiring, I am fairly new to photography ( 1.5 years) and every time I watch one of your videos, I get motivated to go out and get better.
