JALOVEC 2645m - climbing in Slovenian Julian Alps

Driving down from the mountain pass VRŠIČ I stopped on the scenic spot to see JALOVEC and other mountains before climbing. At the starting point, near to SOČA river spring is a parking for cars and there I started my climbing. Way up to the mountain hut took me 3 hours. Had a lunch and a beer there and also left most of my staff in the hut. Then continued to the JALOVEC peak and managed to come there in 2 hours. Took some pictures and went back to the hut (another 1:25 hours). Slept over the night in the attic of the hut where are approx 30 beds one to each other. Next day went back to the starting point and that took me 1:40 hours. Great experience. Not recommended if you are affraid of height. After this climbing went to see also SOČA river spring.
