A documentary film directed by Brad Osborne The film mixed reenactments with interviews with the survivors and members of the 1972 Andes Flight Disater. Also interviewed were Piers Paul Read, renowned mountain climber Ed Viesturs, Andes Survivors expert and alpinist Ricardo Peña, historians, expert pilots, and high-altitude medical experts.

This movie is so fucking good, but i love surivial movies especially if they based on true events. These people who surivied this are so damn amazing. No rescue, they saved themselfs.

Could you imagine running into that rancher 35 years later like they did. I would have killed him. Who the hell does he think he is. All he did was throw some cheese and a pencil and paper. What a jerk. The man could've thrown them a steak and maybe some hamburgers and wine. How many of us would' kicked his ass? Then, the man took forever to come back. what an asshole.
