How did you get the tunnel done with this technique? What was the hold for the tunnel before it had become hard?

Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge with us. I too had never thought of kitchen roll. I think it'll work well for me with my hills made out of chicken wire...

What type of paint would you use to paint this? Water based or not?

This is exactly the video I needed to see. I have polystyrene I have been placing recently for my model rail layout and wanted to know how to paper mache the landscape. Thanks!

My apologies young man. It must have sounded like the ramblings of an old man. I commented on the wrong video. Please accept my humblest apologies. I was watching an earlier video and had to turn it off because of the atrocious grammar. Everything ended in "ink" so as I wrote to you albeit incorrectly, all one heard was, "sumfink, nufink", and so on. It's like trying to explain to a person after they have stated " I ain't done nuffink" that what they have just said actually means that they HAVE done something, or should I have said sumfink! Lol. (Retired English teacher) so sorry to have bothered you? Kind regards Chris.

Somethink! Nothink! And anythink! Good grief what on earth has happened to our grammar?

What is under the paper machet and what glue do you use? Could I use newspaper?

I like trains :)

Add me to the list of people of who hadn't thought of using kitchen roll. A useful tutorial, thanks for adding it! As it happens the layouts I am doing will be dead dead flat (like much of Lincolnshire) but will definitely keep this method in mind if I ever end up doing some slightly more undulating terrain :) - Sim
