I got a manuscript pen that have 3 piceses of "nib sets" but only one pen case. how should I do to smoothly change nibs with an inc cartridge stuck in the "nib set"? one inc in each nib and screw of the pen part and screw it on another nib?

I am looking at an OLD eyedropper pen with a missing tine... I dont need to get it to be replaced with an antique nib, its probably pre ww2 nib, Italian.
While asking my question you answered it.. right
