The mountain range doesn't only provide a stunning back drop to the festival, but also offers over 70 kilometres of quality ski slopes to explore, with enough drop and run to satisfy the most dedicated powder enthusiasts. This unique experience however comes with another major twist: you wont be paying the ludicrous prices now synonymous with skiing and snowboarding. Aside from enjoying the novelty of reasonably priced slope passes and board hire- punters are also able to relish in all of the things that don't usually come with a winter holiday: cheap 5* accommodation, spas, top notch food, a round of beers on the slopes at a price that usually equates to one cappuccino in the Alps. Situated at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, Bankso retains all of Bulgaria's rich culture and tradition through its cobbled streets, whilst boasting a lively nightlife and modern facilities as Bulgaria's premier ski resort.
