In 2016, it's the 19th time the famous BIKE Transalp powered by Sigma will lead across the main ridge of the Alps. However, it's also time for some history making as it will be the first time the race won't start in Germany but in Imst, Austria. From there, the field of amateurs and MTB pros alike will pedal via Nauders, Scuol, Livigno, Bormio, Mezzana and Trento to Arco, where the race also finishes for the first time. In total, 519.03 km and 17,736 metres of climbing have to be mastered in order to become a part of the myth! It's the Transalp, you cannot copy the Alps!
