He apparently flew his airliner into a mountainside in the French Alps killing all 150 people on board. The police did not give details of the find, but a number of his possessions, including a computer were taken away for analysis. Andy Moore reports. I believe genetic profiling should be conducted on pilots, to uncover the potential of detached retina and major depressive illness - both were suffered by Andreas Lubitz, and this combination can be traced to the gene TNF (tumor necrosis factor). Preventative surgery could have been done to avoid a detached retina in this young man. Furthermore, his major depressive illness would have been kept under scrutiny if this kind of profiling had been carried out. In my opinion, DNA profiling should be introduced wherever lives are at stake and the responsibility for them falls on the shoulders of one man.

It it just bitter so read that two FAKED facebook profiles are circulating wildly that make the allegation that Lubitz had converted to Islam and wanted to die as a martyr for Jihad. All websites that help spreading that nonsense have one source in common: Pamela Geller and her "Atlas Shrugs" blog. There is no trace of those facebook profiles on facebook itself.
We all know who Pamela Geller is, what her political intentions are and who she helps and who is constantly helping her in creating wave after wave of mudslinging and conspiracy theories. God forgive Bibi in hell! -
Mysteries of the world...
1) Germanwings co-pilot happen to crash the plane in the Alps and the meeting of P5+1 and Iran was happening around Alps as well.
2) I'm not a pilot or an expert on this but why did the pilots fly over France (which means they have the permit to use the airspace) and head to Dusseldorf through Switzerland instead of taking a shorter route directly through France? Why was plane even flying over the Alps in the first place?
3) If the pilot had mental condition or depression or even if he was under the influence of drugs and his doctor had told him to avoid flying, why would he be allowed to take responsibility of many people's lives? Isn't there a rule specially after the terrorist attacks for flying with extra precaution?
I think it could be an attempted terrorist attack to sabotage the negotiations with Iran. What are the odds? -

I doubt the pilot, maybe he killed his co-pilot, or gave him sedated to make him sleep, then came out after he turn off the autopilot, the he prtend that he wants to use the bathroom, maybe thats why he did not allow the hostess to sit down in his place!! I think he wanted the co pilot to be blamed..

But if he was ill why did nothing germanwings and lufthansa know this? Or did they nothing? Why can young people come in an important position - but they are all ill? And who had to pay the price because Lufthansa and germanwings and other german or national/ international cooperations have so much trust in young people - but no trust in old people?????? The 150 victims had to pay the price for this mistakes our modern society!

Why is so much focus on the co pilot when it seems normal to lock the door if a pilot leaves? Did the Captain have a motive? Check his house, wife, kids, other circumstances. He is the one that was so experienced. Experienced enough to know that banging on the door couldn't help, but a distress call would've meant that he tried something else to save the people. Unless he intended not to?

Religion has nothing to do with it, he was a clear mental case who should never allowed at the controls of a commercial airliner.

It seems everything about the co-pilot boils down to a possibility that he deliberately did it, but we have to be very careful to judge. He's deceaced now, and we can only guess what happened from scattered pieces of evidence.
