Whether uphill or downhill, the SAM sets its rider up perfectly - just #aweSAM ! With its 160 mm suspension travel, it combines the agility of an All-Mountain bike when going uphill with the downhill abilities of an Enduro bike. Because it masters both of these disciplines, the SAM cannot be categorised as either; rather, it can be identified as a "Super All Mountain", suitable for Transalp, bike park and Enduro races. Features like the 27.5" geometry, double-butted head tube, twin bearing system, front derailleur directly mounted on the chain stay and 142 x 12 mm floating axle are proof that the SAM is the first in a new generation of FOCUS full-suspension bikes.
