-
hay posibilidad de verla en castellano o con subtiutlos al castellano?

This ascent was nothing special in technical terms. It's only relevant for the English-speaking world and for having fed certain nationalisms.
-
Amazing movie..I loved it how Sir Edmund Hillary sums up to his friend with this simple line "We knocked the bastard off"

and this is the reason why i dont like watching television. or fake movies.
realness and documentaries of great people doing outstanding efforts of human abilities are truer to the soul than any other hollywood production. -

The dramatisation is amazing. Sometimes I'd almost mistake the actor for Hillary, they look so much alike. Great job. Thanks for sharing!

better than the most recent cinema everest film. what human beings....extraordinary will power, determination & a hunger for the impossible...sooooo impressive, what an effort from all involved. this seems very pure compared to what people call today's tourist climbers.
to the uploader, thanks for the upload! enjoyed this a lot. -
Anyone else feel short of breath when they watch docs about high altitude climbing? It's amazing when you think of their expositions success given the equipment they had (while cutting edge at the time) and their lack of well established routes. Took some real balls to keep pushing on to the top.

A really nice film to watch. Too bad its been filled up with feces and dead bodies since there has been so much traffic in recent times.
-
wasn't George Mallory the first to climb Mt. Everest?? (1924) ..even though he did not make it ... when climbers found his body the only thing missing was the picture of his wife that he had promised to place at the top
