It's just in the other direction, this is from La-Palud-sur-Verdon to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie...

Just found this, top job on the footage, really good. I may add this to my site.

Cheers Simmo, The song list is in the description mate. Make sure to ride Gorges du Daluis and Gorges du Cian and the roads around Valberg, all of which is within a days ride from Gorge du Verdon.

I have stopped overnight in Chorges, close to Briancon. Was coming back form Col Agnel, and unfortunately had to leave Alps, as weather was turning bad. Have seen lots of bikers in there so it has to be good. Thanks for advice :) Will have a look at you blog. As for camera, I will try it out on my way to work in London one day :)
-
I'm soo jealous right now..... Enjoy..
-
I concur on basing near Briancon. I'll be there next month. Many, many great roads can be reached from there.
-
The Drift is great, just rember when your making the video to ride your bike slow, smooth and steady, make your riding style as perfect as possible as it makes a better video. You can speed up the vid in editing software like Sony Vegas later. Briancon on the French/Italian border is a great place to base yourself for a few days, there are great roads in all directions. Check out my blog for more info about Briancon and the region, the link is in the video description.

I have around 30gb , but most of it is rubbish, wrong angle, or tilted, and FOV is so narrow that 100kph feels like 20 :( I will get Drift HD soon! . Cool I will be waiting for those videos, have seen Pyrenees briefly only. As for the Alps - great news! If I have chance, will go there at the end summer, with more planning this time ;) What is your favorite region?
-
I got about 60GB of video, so I should be able to put together a fair few videos out of that. As for the Alps, well I've been going there every year for the last 12 years, and I've still only seen a small part of them. So you have plenty of more trip to the Alps to start planning for :)
-
Spain good choice, better weather those days ;) I agree, Pyrenees are different, fun too, but having said that, next trip - Alps :) Need to see more. Yes,I took camera with me. Only problem - it was too narrow, so it does not look as good as your vid. I will go through clips and try to find sth one day :) Any good movies from Pyrenees?
-
Great to hear you had a magic trip, I'm just back from a trip through central Spain and the Pyrenees. The Pyrenees are a lot different to the Alps, but they are just as enjoyable, some roads are even better.... Did you take a bike cam and get some vid??
-
Thank you. Just came back from tour around EU!!. Amazing. Alone. From Calais to Santander trough Alps. I just love those mountains. Was chasing the sun most of the time, but...Alps are my love now. I did my licence last year, bought VFR800 and I was dreaming about this trip for a year. I feel now I have found the perfect holiday, and I feel I am alive now :)

Cheers, It's a Drift HD170...
-
Hi great video :) What camera have you been using?
-
Good luck with your trip, l'Ardeche is great. Les Cevennes and the D906 and D901/D9012 near Altier and le col des Tribes is a great ride.
